What kind of delivery service do you offer?
|

We offer free next day delivery* to the UK and Ireland.
|
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, place your order before 10 am and we will have it delivered the next business day* (we regret we cannot guarantee delivery times).
Orders placed before 10 am on Friday can be delivered on Saturday for an extra fee.
Orders placed after 10 am on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Debit, Switch/Maestro, Solo, and JCB cards. All prices quoted on this site are in GBP Sterling, and your credit/debit card will charged in GBP Sterling.

You can also pay for your order by UK cheque. If you are paying by cheque please print out the order form and send it, together with your payment, to us at 9 Lower Newmills Road, Coleraine BT52 2JB, Northern Ireland. Please make your cheque payable to Funcktion Furniture.

We can also accept payment on account for approved corporate customers. If you would like to set up an account with FunktionFurniture.com please send us an mail at info@funktionfurniture.com.

No, there is no minimum order amount.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure.
Funcktion Furniture never takes your credit cards details. All our credit card transactions are performed by Protx (www.protx.com).

We use the Protx payment system to safely process credit and debit card transactions utilising industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

All prices quoted on this site include UK VAT at 17.5%.

Can I send my order as a gift to someone?

Certainly. During Checkout you can enter a separate delivery address if you would like your order sent to someone other than yourself.
Please note that for anti-fraud reasons if the delivery and billing address are different your order may be delayed whilst we perform additional Security Checks.

Can I specify a particular delivery date?

Yes. During Checkout you may enter the date you require for delivery in the field provided.

What is your policy on customer satisfaction?

FunktionFurniture.com is committed to customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your order please inform us immediately and we will resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Customers have the right to cancel their order for no reason within 7 working days from the day after the day the customer receives the goods.
Customers also have the right to cancel their order if it has not yet been dispatched.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of FunktionFurniture.com.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
|
All of our  items are kept in stock.
|
|
All other items will be delivered in 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated on the this website or when you order.

If you place your order with a mixture of 'in stock' and 'not in stock' products you can specify to have all your items delivered in one shipment once they are are all in stock or to have them shipped individually as they become available.

*Notes on Delivery

All deliveries are free to anywhere in the UK or Ireland, except where the customer requests a time-slot delivery in which case there will be a small charge.

Free next day delivery is available to anywhere in the UK or Ireland, subject to the restrictions below.
|
|
Orders for next day delivery must be made by 10 am.
|
|
Next day delivery is only available for our in-stock and items.
|
|
Deliveries to Northern Scotland, the Scottish Isles, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take 3 - 5 days.
|
|
Shipment of orders may be delayed if extra security and anti-fraud checks are required. You will be informed if this occurs.
Your order will still receive free delivery but it may not be next day.
|
|
Delivery to outlying parts of the UK and Ireland will be made subject to the ability of our carriers to deliver to those locations. We will always do our upmost to ensure delivery anywhere in the UK or Ireland.

Funcktion Furniture is not liable for any failed deliveries. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
